At Decor8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer a 30-day return period on most products, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-mixed or tinted paints: Any paint mixed to order is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. Please ensure colour choices are correct before confirming your order.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please let us know within 7 days of purchase. We’ll sort out a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
How to Return:
Just pop back into the shop with the item and your receipt, and we’ll be happy to help. There’s no need to call ahead, but if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch
